Cunard go that little bit further to make you welcome. Unlike other cruise lines, they don't want to charge extra for everything you want, from room service breakfast, to 24/7 icecream, coffee and softdrinks. I was a bit disappointed with the Spa. I had 2 manicure and pedicures and felt that the consultant on 2nd experience didn't perform the same amount of service as the first time.

I was particularly disappointed with the quality of the meals at dinner time. Some of the dishes were very low quality, both taste and presentation. The service was also very casual, more cafe style than what I expected at a top restaurant.
The entertainment was also quite limited with little choice and not very high quality. Compared with a previous cruise on QM2, this cruise was rather disappointing and I had expected the standard to be very similar. Inge, Perth on 26 June 14, cruised on Queen Victoria

We cruised from Dubai to Southampton on the Queen Elizabeth and 14 days from Southampton to St Petersburg around the Baltics all wonderful already booked again on the Queen Victoria next April on the Queen Victoria across from Los Angeles to Miami Heather , Canberra on 26 June 14, cruised on Queen Victoria

Fantastic
Have booked many cruises through cruiseoffers and have always found staff to be very professional, friendly and efficient. In particular I would like to mention Jodie Prigg who was exceptional in relation to a couple of cruise bookings I was managing for myself and husband and also my work colleagues this year ,some who hadn't experienced cruising or booking with cruise offers before.

Good staff providing help and advice for cruising
I picked a cruise from Royal Carribean, on the Cruise Offers advertising site. They had all the details there on the screen right down to a plan for picking your own cabin. Descriptions of all the activities, dining options, and theater times. I rang and booked on the phone, and was assisted to the enth degree. They sent all the information as and when it was required, and after the cruise I and my wife couldnt have been happier. We are looking for a similar experience either late this year or early next year.
