Guide to Booking

Making a cruise holiday booking with cruiseoffers is easy if you follow the steps on each page in the sequence they are presented to you.

Step 1 - Search

Please complete the cruise search with your required cruise itinerary details which includes destination, cruise line, cruise ship, departure dates of travel and/or duration. If you are after a cruise package, please select the “Cruise Packages” tab and review the packages available.

Step 2 - Select

The next page will then provide you with a range of cruises and cruise fares to select. Choose the cruise and select “VIEW DEAL”. The next page will show the selected cruise, pricing, an itinerary, cruise inclusions, cruise cabins and decks - and from there you need to select your cabin category.

Step 3 - Choose Your Cabin

On the main cruise lines you have the ability to choose your cabin. A ship deck plan will show you the locations of the available cabins. Please select and continue.

Step 4 - Enter Your Details

Once you have selected your cabin you need to create a profile with your personal details and pay the deposit using a credit card and that's it!

Step 5 - Confirmation

You will be contacted by Cruise Offers confirming your booking. You will be contacted around 2-3 months before departure for the final payment.

BEFORE YOU DEPART

Below are two things you need to complete before you go.

1. Guest information forms - these forms have your passport and personal details on them and need to be completed before your documents are released from the cruise line. Before you start this process, you'll need your cruise line booking number from your cruiseoffers consultant. Cruiseoffers will send you a link to the form, open the form using your web browser and complete the form. It's that easy! You will normally receive your documentation by express post two weeks before departure.
2. Travel Insurance – One component of cruising that is extremely important is travel insurance. Cruiseoffers strongly recommends all passengers to have travel insurance cover for their cruise holidays. Travel insurance is not compulsory but it is essential. Travel insurance, don't leave home without it.
