This afternoon we arrive into Athens. After clearing customs, we will be escorted to our private coach and transferred to Delphi. Located on Mount Parnassus, Delphi is the site of the 4th century B.C. Temple of Apollo, once home to a legendary oracle. On arrival we check into our hotel. Meals Included: In-flight
DAY 3 Sun 27 Feb 22 Delphi
This morning we enjoy a sightseeing tour of Delphi. This extensive mountainside archaeological complex contains the remains of the sanctuaries of Apollo and Athena Pronaia, as well as an ancient stadium and theater. We will also visit the Delphi Archaeological Museum and explore its displays of artifacts found amongst the ruins. Our tour concludes at lunchtime and the remainder of the day is free. DAY 4 Mon 28 Feb 22 Kalambaka, Greece
Today we travel further North to Kalambaka, the gateway to Meteora. Kalambaka was burnt down during WWII by the Nazis, but has since been rebuilt and now boasts a collection of hotels, taverns and a museum. On arrival we are transferred to our hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast
DAY 5 Tue 1 Mar 22 Meteora
Today we enjoy a sightseeing tour to the nearby monasteries of Meteora. Perched atop massive boulders, these monasteries were built by monks looking for absolute solitude. There are over 27 monasteries in the region, each offering mesmerising views over the plains. The afternoon is free for you to explore Kalambaka. Meals Included: Breakfast
DAY 6 Wed 2 Mar 22 Athens, Greece
Today we travel back south down to the ancient city of Athens, capital of Greece. Athens is home to the Acropolis and the ultimate in ancient Greek architectural perfection, the Parthenon. On arrival in the afternoon, we check into our hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast
DAY 7 Thu 3 Mar 22 Athens
We will enjoy a sightseeing tour today and delve into the glorious history of Athens. A highlight of the tour is a visit to the Acropolis, still dominating the frantic bustle of modern Athens. We see the amazing Parthenon, built to honour the goddess Athena, and one of the wonders of the ancient world. We also see the historical Plaka district at the foot of the Acropolis and capture photographs of the colossal Panathinaiko Stadium, the venue of the first ever Olympic games. DAY 8 Fri 4 Mar 22 Athens
A free day for you to explore Athens. You may wish to visit one of the numerous museums such as the Acropolis Museum, which is focused on the findings of the archaeological site or the Benaki Museum which houses Greek works of art from the prehistorical to the modern times. DAY 9 Sat 5 Mar 22 Embarkation
The morning is free for last minute sightseeing. At midday we are transferred to the Piraeus cruise terminal to embark the Celestyal Crystal cruise ship. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Your first day at sea is the perfect opportunity to explore the magnificent facilities of the ship. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 11 Mon 7 Mar 22 Cairo, Egypt
This morning you arrive into Port Said, Cairo. Travel through the desert to the Nile River on our included shore excursion to Cairo. You will visit Giza and see one of the wonders of the ancient world: The Pyramids, built by the Pharaohs over 4,500 years ago and see the Sphinx, usually dated to 2,500 BC. You will have a guided tour to explain the history of these ancient buildings. Enjoy an included lunch before visiting the Cairo Museum and see the treasures of the tomb of Tutankhamen, including the amazing gold mask. There will be time for shopping before heading back to the ship. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 12 Tue 8 Mar 22 Ashdod, Israel
You arrive in the port of Ashdod, gateway to the Holy Land’s sacred sites. You may like to take an excursion to Jerusalem, along the Road of Courage, traversing the stony hills of Judea into the breathtakingly beautiful, holy, walled city. Visit the Jewish Quarter (Jerusalem’s oldest quarter) to take in the wonder of the Western Wall. This massive wall, which is part of the Temple Mount foundation, erected by Herod the Great and destroyed by Rome in 70AD, is the most sacred Jewish site in Jerusalem. It is called “The Wailing Wall” by European observers because, for centuries, Jews have gathered here to lament the loss of their temple. Enjoy a guided walking tour along Via Dolorosa (The Way of Suffering), which is the narrow, cobbled road that Jesus walked, carrying his cross. In the afternoon you travel north, past Mount Scopus to Bethlehem. Located outside Jerusalem, Bethlehem is the cradle of biblical history, the birthplace of Jesus Christ and David, King of Israel. DAY 13 Wed 9 Mar 22 Limassol, Cyprus
The ancient port of Limassol is the second largest city in Cyprus. During its long history it has come under the rule of the Anglo-Normans, the Venetians, Ottoman Empire and the British. You may like to visit the Byzantine castle where Richard the Lionheart was supposedly married during the Crusades. You may also like to see the fascinating Archaeological Museum and the beautifully restored house which is the Folk Museum. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 14 Thu 10 Mar 22 Rhodes, Greece
This morning you arrive at Rhodes, the largest island of the archipelago called Dodecanese and the capital of this group of Greek Islands. It is world known for its colossus. It is located between Karpathos and Kos. The capital lies within the walls of a very well-preserved Venetian castle, built by the Knights of Saint John. Enjoy an included excursion of the old town including the castle and visit the Grand Masters residence. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
DAY 15 Fri 11 Mar 22 Kusadasi, Turkey
This morning you arrive in Kusadasi, on Turkey’s Aegean coast. Enjoy an included excursion and travel to the Roman city of Ephesus, one of the most extensive archaeological sites in the world. You will walk along the marble streets, complete with chariot wheel ruts made nearly 2000 years ago. See the imposing two-story façade of the Library of Celsus, the best-preserved structure of its kind in the world.
DAY 16 Sat 12 Mar 22 Disembark Athens
This morning we arrive back into Athens. After breakfast we disembark the ship and are transferred to the airport for flights back to Australia. Meals Included: Breakfast In-flight

Touring can involve a considerable amount of walking and stair climbing in the places visited and it is important that all tour participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in this activity without the need of assistance from others.

TOUR COSTS:
The tour costs are based on airfare, shipping, general transport, accommodation costs and foreign exchange rates at 7 December 2019. Cruise Offers Value Holidays reserves the right to alter the costs if any of these factors change, giving any passenger that has booked the right to withdraw with full refund of monies paid or modify arrangements.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
A deposit of $1,500 per passenger is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be required 121 days before departure of the tour from Australia. A 1.5% administration fee will be charged for payment made by credit cards.
AIR TAXES:
Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth as listed in the itinerary. Please contact us for air taxes from different cities. Air taxes are valid as at 7 December 2019. If they change due to government and airline charges and currency variations, Cruise Offers Value Holidays reserves the right to charge additional amounts.

MINIMUM TOUR NUMBERS AND CONDITIONS:
The tour has been priced on the basis of a minimum number of passengers having booked 121 days prior to departure. Travelrite International reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid or offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at a modified cost.
TOUR ORGANISATION:
Cruise Offers Value Holidays reserves the right to change advertised entrances if necessary, for the smooth operation of the tour.
REFUNDS:
The tour is based on arrangements that do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfare or other services not utilized after the tour has commenced.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All passengers will require a valid passport with at least six months validity from your return date. A visa will be required for Egypt and Israel and can be obtained onboard the cruise.
BAGGAGE:
All passengers qualify for the 30kg free baggage allowance.

Please note; you will be booked as part of a group booking with the airline, this means we are unable to confirm any seating requests. Pre purchasing of flights and payment of airline seat booking fees allows allocation of specific seats. Additional costs will apply.

Children under 5 years of age are ineligible on coach & cruise tours. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Travelrite and Cruise Offers reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of coach & cruise tour travel and who may require services and facilities that Travelrite & Cruise Offers cannot guarantee will be available. You agree to not hold the Travelrite & Cruise Offers responsible for any decision made by any of them or any service provider to refuse to carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to provide any service to you.

You engage Cruise Offers to book this tour on your behalf and you acknowledge that Cruise Offers acts as your agent for the purpose of making contracts between you and the various providers of accommodation, transportation and other services that comprise the tour. Cruise Offers may without reference to you provide or make available to you, or may as your agent engage any third party to provide or make available to you, any good or service which Cruise Offers reasonably believes is necessary for your benefit to maintain the tour itinerary, repatriate you or otherwise accommodate, transport or sustain you in circumstances in which the tour itinerary fails wholly or partly for any reason. You appoint Cruise Offers your attorney for this purpose. You agree to pay Cruise Offers any cost thereof and you indemnify Cruise Offers in respect of any cost it incurs in this regard. Cruise Offers advises you to obtain travel insurance generally including in respect of the risk that any such good or service may become required.
